| HRG China clinches Haier as a new client

Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the award-winning international corporate travel services company, has
signed Haier as one of its newest clients. A state-owned enterprise based in Qingdao, China, Haier is
the world’s fourth-largest producer of household appliances. HRG China cited its flexible approach
and strong local expertise as key reasons for the contract award.

| Defence Travel Management Organisation (DTMO) receives Chief of Defence Materiel (CDM) Commendation

The CDM (General Sir Kevin O’Donoghue CBE) has selected the DTMO for a CDM Commendation. This highly prized and regarded award within the Ministry of Defence (MoD) is in recognition of the team’s role in delivering significant financial benefits across MoD. It has afforded the department the opportunity to modernise the way travel is organised by channelling all MoD business travel through a single route and providing a level of service and leverage in the commercial market not previously enjoyed.
